I purchased a basin unit and was contacted by the team advising that the item is sold out. The item is still being sold online to this day. I requested a refund almost a month ago. Still haven't received the money back. They're very vague in replying to emails too. I regularly shop online and this is the only company I ever had an issue with. I feel so disappointed that choosing to support a local business ended me in this situation...
