But after lots of research on the internet, reading reviews and then e-mailing and speaking with Linda my mind was made up, she was very helpful, answered all of my questions, had some great ideas and provided wonderful advice. My cake looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious, some of the best chocolate biscuit cake I’ve ever had, and my husband says the same about the fruitcake layer. Unfortunately guests also loved it, which meant it didn’t last very long but thankfully our hotel put some aside for my husband and I to enjoy the day after. I would thoroughly recommend Linda and her amazing cakes.
